    Are you an experienced financial leader seeking an impactful role with a mission-driven organization? An established Non-Profit VNA & Hospice Program in Southeastern Massachusetts is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Finance to join their Senior Leadership Team.

    About the Role

    As VP of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the organization’s financial strategy, ensuring fiscal health, and driving data-informed decisions that support the agency’s vital mission. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, you will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, payroll, and reimbursement processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the CEO, Board of Directors, and Senior Leadership Team to develop financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
    • Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
    • Oversee financial reporting, presenting monthly statements to the Finance Committee and Board.
    • Manage budgeting, payroll, and third-party reimbursement functions to maintain financial stability.
    • Partner with the Investment Committee to manage portfolio oversight.
    • Lead a dedicated Finance Team, fostering collaboration and supporting staff development.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s Degree preferred.
    • 5-10 years of progressive healthcare finance experience; home care or hospice experience highly valued.
    • Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing, cost reporting, and financial systems analysis.
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence, mentor, and motivate staff.
    • Passion for serving a non-profit organization dedicated to providing exceptional home health and hospice care.
