MVP Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading non-profit Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center located in the North Shore area of Massachusetts to recruit an experienced and passionate Director of Nursing (DON). This JCAHO-accredited, 120-bed facility is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and maintaining excellent quality measures. Conveniently accessible from Highway 95, the center offers a collaborative and supportive environment for its staff.

Position Overview:
The Director of Nursing will oversee all aspects of nursing services and clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with state and federal regulations. This role requires a dynamic leader who can inspire and guide a team, foster collaboration across departments, and contribute to the facility’s mission of excellence in care.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team.

Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.

Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive resident care.

Manage budgets and staffing to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Qualifications:

Current RN license in Massachusetts.

Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care setting, including at least 2 years as a Director of Nursing.

Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical best practices.

Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
