    MVP Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading non-profit Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center located in the North Shore area of Massachusetts to recruit an experienced and passionate Director of Nursing (DON). This JCAHO-accredited, 120-bed facility is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and maintaining excellent quality measures. Conveniently accessible from Highway 95, the center offers a collaborative and supportive environment for its staff.

    About the Facility:

    • 120 beds offering traditional Long-Term Care and a busy Short-Term Rehab unit.

    • Recognized for its excellent quality measures and JCAHO accreditation.

    • Advanced clinical capabilities, including:

      • Post-Operative and Surgical Drain Care (including PleurX Catheter Management)

      • High Flow O2 Therapy (CPAP, BIPAP)

      • Tracheostomy Care

      • IV Therapy and Line Management (IVF/Antibiotics/Solu-Medrol)

      • CPI/E-Stim Therapy

      • Comprehensive Wound Care

      • Ostomy Care

      • Diabetes and Insulin Management

      • Enteral Feeding (PEG, G-TUBE, J-TUBE)

      • On-site Modified Barium Swallow Study availability

    Position Overview:

    The Director of Nursing will oversee all aspects of nursing services and clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with state and federal regulations. This role requires a dynamic leader who can inspire and guide a team, foster collaboration across departments, and contribute to the facility’s mission of excellence in care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team.

    • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.

    • Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

    • Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive resident care.

    • Manage budgets and staffing to ensure efficient and effective operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Current RN license in Massachusetts.

    • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care setting, including at least 2 years as a Director of Nursing.

    • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical best practices.

    • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

    • Commitment to fostering a culture of quality and teamwork.
