    Job Title: Director of Hospice

    Location: Central & MetroWest Massachusetts
    Referral Reward: $500
    Position Type: Full-Time

    Overview:
    MVP Recruitment, LLC is partnering with a well-established Hospice provider in Central & MetroWest Massachusetts to find an experienced Director of Hospice. This leadership role will oversee the daily operations of a Hospice program with a census of over 100 patients, ensuring the delivery of compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the Hospice program’s operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

    • Oversee and support a team of two experienced Hospice Clinical Managers, ensuring clinical excellence and high-quality care.

    • Act as the “face” of the Hospice program, fostering strong relationships with referral sources, including Assisted Living and Retirement Communities in the region.

    • Collaborate with leadership teams to enhance patient care and ensure the program’s goals are met.

    • Manage budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation to meet the program’s needs.

    • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the clinical and administrative teams.

    Qualifications:

    • Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license.

    • Proven experience in Hospice or Palliative Care leadership roles.

    • Demonstrated success in managing a Hospice program or similar healthcare operations.

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.

    • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships with referral sources and within the community.

    • Hospice and/or nursing certifications preferred.

    Compensation:
