MVP Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Executive Director to lead a small, well-established non-profit senior living community located in the Worcester, MA area. This organization is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care and services to older adults through a person-centered approach.

The community includes a Skilled Nursing Center with fewer than 50 beds and an Assisted Living residence with under 30 apartments, offering a unique opportunity for a hands-on leader to make a meaningful impact in a tight-knit and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in Massachusetts with proven operational leadership experience in both skilled nursing and assisted living settings.
